In part two, we learn that the depravity of the beast is decreed by God and dominated by God.  We also learn that the beast uniquely opposes a Christianity that is about heavenly and supreme matters.  We also learn that the beast makes matters of the state to have a divine-like quality.  And lastly, we learn that the beast has globalized power that affects all who are not elect in Christ.
