As we continue to discuss who God is it is important to address the aspect of God's attributes pertaining to God being covenantal. Christianity is about a relationship with a God which is both formal and deeply relational. Our God is a promise-making God who relates to His people by formalizing unbreakable terms and so this element of God's character is vital to our desire to know God. (Galatians)
