There are many ways to deny the gospel. The first is to do it outright by changing it, the other is by accepting it as sufficient for salvation but not for the everyday Christian life. Whatever is not needed for everyday is really just unneeded overall. And so in our series Paul now addresses the challenge of the gospel through challenging its everyday practical sufficiency by stating that we are exclusively always indebted to it in everyday life. (Ga 3:1-5)
